3. Orders & Payments

  • An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment.

  • We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallet Payments.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) availability may vary based on YesTen.in policy.

  • YesTen.in reserves the right to cancel any fraudulent or suspicious orders.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 working days.

  • Delivery time depends on your location and may take 3–7 working days.

  • YesTen.in is not responsible for delays caused by weather, courier issues, or any external factors.

5. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. Returns/Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

Eligible Cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Size exchange (subject to availability)

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Return/Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Refunds are initiated only after the product passes our quality check.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been dispatched.

  • Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.

  • YesTen.in may cancel any order that appears suspicious or incomplete.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide correct name, address, and contact details while placing an order.

  • YesTen.in is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All images, designs, product photos, logos, and content displayed on YesTen.in are the property of the brand.

  • Reproduction, copying, modifying, or reusing any content without permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • YesTen.in is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • We are not responsible for any damage caused due to misuse or incorrect handling of products.
