• Exclusivity: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

03 Billing & Payment Security

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

3.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. YesTen does not store your credit/debit card information. We are not liable for any unauthorized transactions or breaches occurring on the gateway provider's platform.

05 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We strictly adhere to a **48-hour notification policy** for any returns or exchanges from the time of delivery.

5.1 Conditions for Return

• The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged).
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• A valid proof of purchase/invoice must be provided.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased during "Final Sale" or using high-value promotional coupons may not be eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is proven.

In no case shall YesTen, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, or replacement costs.
